(1) If the parties, guardians or legal practitioners apply to see the documents related to the case, the tribunal shall allow them to see them.
(2) The following fee shall be charged to view the misal documents in the tribunal or any other form of misal documents from the court of any other station:-
(a) Ten rupees on a petition filed by a party or his heirs,
(b) Twenty rupees in petitions filed by others other than the parties concerned in the case,
(c) Ten rupees, if the party or his heir files a petition for immediate viewing,
(d) Fifty rupees if other than the interested parties of the case file an application for immediate consideration.
